Ali is the co-founder of DİRİCAN | GÖZÜTOK. Prior to founding this Firm, he was a senior partner of a reputable Turkish law firm.
Ali has over 20 years of experience and expertise in cross-border litigation and arbitration. He has had extensive involvement in many local and cross border transactions, cases relating to banking, real estate, competition, intellectual property, restructuring and insolvency related matters.
His areas of practice include commercial and corporate law, banking law, employment and labor law, debt execution, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property and competition law, insurance, real estate and construction law.
